1. What namenab is
namenab.xyz (“namenab”, “we”, “us”) is an informational valuation and market-intelligence service for Minecraft usernames. We look up usernames, generate estimated valuations of what a username may be worth, and observe and report on the public secondary market across roughly 30 third-party platforms. namenab is a data and analytics product only. We do not sell, buy, broker, escrow, list, or facilitate the transfer of any Minecraft account or username, and we do not take custody of any account, credentials, or funds. namenab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.
2. Valuations are estimates, not appraisals
Any value, price range, rarity score, or similar figure shown by namenab is an automated, informational estimate generated from publicly observable data. It is not a formal appraisal, an offer to buy or sell, a solicitation, a guarantee of value, or financial, investment, or legal advice. Actual amounts a username might command in any transaction may differ significantly, and namenab makes no representation that any estimate can be realized.
3. We are not a marketplace or a party to your transactions
namenab does not operate a marketplace and is not a buyer, seller, broker, escrow agent, or intermediary. If you choose to buy, sell, trade, or transfer a username or account, you do so entirely through third parties and at your own risk. namenab is not a party to those transactions, does not vet counterparties, and assumes no responsibility for them, including any loss, fraud, non-delivery, account suspension, or dispute that may result.
4. Market data is observational and provided “as is”
Market activity, listings, and pricing that namenab tracks are aggregated from public third-party sources we do not control. This data, along with our estimates, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, stale, or lag the live market, and third-party sources may change or remove information at any time. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use namenab only for lawful, informational purposes. You may not (a) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract our data except as expressly permitted, (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service, (c) misrepresent our estimates as official appraisals or guarantees, or (d) use the service to facilitate fraud or any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Accounts and watchlists
Some features, such as saving usernames to a watchlist, may require you to sign in. If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity that occurs under it and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service. namenab never takes custody of, or requests, any Minecraft or Microsoft account credentials.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, namenab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any decision you make, transaction you enter into, or loss you incur in reliance on our valuations or market data. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of namenab after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
